Brian Davison Bio

Brian Davison is the founder and CEO of The Cash Flow Store. He has over 14 years experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries; encompassing work at a publicly traded REIT, regional Vice President of a private mortgage company and broker-owner of a multi-state branch correspondent loan origination company with in-house underwriting and outbound marketing support system and a Vice President of a private capital company. Brian Davison has held real estate and/or mortgage broker licenses in CA, NV, and FL with additional work in the AZ and CO markets. Brian Davison has facilitated over $1.5 billion in Mortgage and Real Estate transactions and is host of “The Cash Flow Show”. Most recently he created The Cash Flow Store on the basic premise that the desired end result of all investing activity is to have enough income to provide for living or lifestyle needs. The Cash Flow Store’s core focus is to provide access to products that are based on common sense, transparent investment opportunities that all investor types can benefit from.

 

Paul May Bio
Paul May has over 13 years experience in the Las Vegas Real Estate market which gives him market and property insight that is highly desirable. He is responsible for more than 775 REO transactions in the last 6 years and currently manages and markets REO properties for Bank of America, Skyhill REO, Green River Capital, Ams4REO, Wachovia, IndyMac and Aurora. He maintains above average statistics on industry tracking systems such as Reo Trans. Paul May is Five Star REO Certified and in addition to holding a Nevada Real Estate Broker license, Paul currently holds a Nevada Property Managers License Providing Asset Management.
